If the shoes are made and sent and upon receiving, you realize you had a typo in the "notes", I cannot remake the shoes, do not except returns or refund. The shoes are be made exactly as instructed in the notes. I can however offer you a second item at a discount.

All of my flip flops come in whole sizes. When trying to decide on sizing, I recommend following this guideline: If you wear more of a 7/ 7.5, then a 7 would be a better fit for you. If you wear more of a 7.5/ 8, then the 8 would be a better fit. Adult US Size-length in inches 5 - 9 1/8" 6 - 9 1/4" 7 - 9 3/4" 8 - 10 1/8" 9 - 10 1/4" 10-10 1/2" 11- 11" I also offer white shoe try-on service. Sure! Most styles can be adapted to a wedge heel flip flop. A wedge upgrade incurs an additional fee - please inquire prior to purchase. Wedges come in white and are 1.5" high. I carry a 2.5-2.75" inch wedge for the embellished styles.

Items are not returnable nor exchangeable for any reason except error on shop's part. **ALL SALES ARE FINAL** Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
