Solomon likes boats. Especially fishing boats, and can often be found looking dreamily out sea.
You can make your own Solomon C. Gull, with this downloadable pattern.
Techniques used include:
• Garter stitch.
• Increase and decrease.
• Casting on and [binding] off.
Using super chunky yarn, this pattern knits up quickly.
Materials and equipment required:
• 150g (7oz) super chunky yarn in white.
• 100g (3.5oz) super chunky yarn in mid grey.
• 50g (1.75oz) super chunky yarn in dark grey/black.
• 50g (1.75oz) super chunky yarn in orange.
• 50g (1.75oz) super chunky yarn in red (optional).
• Safety toy filling.
• 1 pair 7mm (UK 2, US 11)single point knitting needles.
• 1 pair 5mm (UK 5, US 8) double ended knitting needles (optional).

Postage costs are to be met by the customer, unless the goods are faulty. Kits cost from £2.90 using Royal Mail small parcel post.

Refunds will be given upon receipt of goods, in their original condition, unhandled, other than for inspection purporses.

Once you order your hand made item, we place an order for yarn. This takes a day or two to arrive. We then hand knit your item, which can take a long time, depending upon the complexity of the item you have chosen. Once the item has been made, it requires assembly, and in many cases (garments), the item will be wet blocked, where it is laundered, and pinned onto boards to dry. Only once the item has been finished to our high standards, will it be dispatched to you.
Our products are unique, quality, hand made items, and are not mass produced, machine made, or imported. Whilst we will make every attempt to ensure your item is dispatched promptly, we ask for your patience. And should you need the item in a hurry, we will discuss the viability with you.
We cannot be held responsible for external postal services. Post to the US takes a minimum of 7 working days. The package, must go through US customs, and delays may be experienced. Should your item not arrive within the expected time, please contact us straight away, and we will do our upmost to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
