A2 manually lined envelopes are of soft pastel green and gold design floral marble. High quality design paper is cut and manually lined and securely placed inside the Luxe cream envelopes. Dress up your envelopes for invitations, thank you notes, bridal shower, or for whatever your heart desires. Envelopes comes in a set of 10 manually lined envelopes. Envelopes are A2 and measures 4 x 3/8 x 5 3/4 inches. Prior to shipping, envelopes will be packaged in a clear note card box to maintain cleanliness and for presentation.
Most packages will be shipped by the U.S. Postal Service Flat Rate Priority Mail service or Priority Mail for smaller packages, throughout the U.S., and by First Class Mail for International Orders. For Priority or Flat Rate Service in the U.S. your order is expected arrive within 2-3 days of the shipping date. Delivery Confirmation is standard with all orders within my shop, as a form of a tracking service for U.S. orders shipped and delivered. Should there be any questions or concerns with non delivery of your items/packages, PLEASE let me know ASAP, so the problem can be handled in a professional manner, and within a reasonable period of time, to maintain both your happiness and my obligations as the Chief Stationer of my shop.
If Pay Pal is your desired form of payment, when payment is received, your order will be shipped within 2-3 weeks of payment, pending item ordered. If your choice is to pay by check or money order, once payment is received and cleared, your order will be processed to be handcrafted and shipped.
Returns & exchanges
If you received any damaged item(s), or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you will receive a full refund, or an even exchange, (Your Choice). Refunds or exchanges are guaranteed only when you return damaged or unsatisfactory items. My descretion (in a business sense) will determine if you will need to return your damaged item or not. I am available to assist and work with you in a reasonable, professional, and in a business approach manner. You are entitled to be a happy customer while shopping at my store, Whispers Of The Heart-Handcrafted Stationery, and part of my business, is to make sure your needs are fully met to the best of my ability.
My handcrafted work is done in a smoke free environment home. International orders will be shipped First Class, and your foldable note card box will be enclosed, unfolded, should you decide to use the cards as a gift.
