The name of this pattern is SCRAP-BAG TIER-DRESS, created by me, in sizes 1 thru 6X. It can be made up by using either all new fabrics or the scraps in your sewing or quilting stash. I made the pattern originally as a child sewing for my favorite doll. It is selling very well in boutiques and fabric shops in Washington and Oregon, even the East Coast and California. I have made and sold dozens of the dresses in boutiques and crafts fairs. I think you will like making dresses by this pattern for all your little granddaughters. My four granddaughters loved them, too.
The bodice front and back are printed full size for all sizes listed. For the skirt pieces, I have provided cutting sizes for the strips, and instructions for sewing them together. As shown in the photos, the bodice buttons in front and is sized large enough that the dress can be slipped on while buttoned.
This pattern has been featured in a write-up in Creative Needle magazine. Waechter's Silk shop in Asheville, North Carolina, which has carried my pattern for years, sponsored the write-up. Thank you, Waechter's and Creative Needle.
Shipping charge will be $2.25 first class in the US. Because our Uncle Sam recently increased our overseas shipping rates, I am not now shipping my items out of the U.S. Insure if you like, $1.75 for the first $50, since I can't be responsible for items once they have left my hands. See my other sewing items and save money by combining shipping costs. You can buy this pattern elsewhere on the web or in shops for $7.50 to $8.00, but my price is as stated, same pattern. Because of increased USPS international shipping charges, I am not now shipping my items out of North America,
Items are sold as is, but I have done my best to describe this item. If there is a problem, please let me be the first to know.
Thank you for looking. I accept payment by or PayPal in U.S. $$$. Please have your payment to me by one week to prevent having your item relisted. Please reply to the end-of-auction email so that I will have your name and address and item number. This ensures that I will send your item to the correct address. Thank you.

Shipping & policies
The items you buy from me are shipped as soon as possible, within one or two days, if at all possible. Items such as books, magazines and patterns can usually fit into a USPS priority mail flat-rate envelope, all for $4.95. Uncle Sam says, "If it fits, it ships", so I can fill an envelope to capacity with everything you buy that will fit into the envelope.
I'm sorry, but I no longer ship outside the US because USPS requires that I send by priority rate or higher in order to be able to get delivery confirmation, and priority mail fees are prohibitive when sending outside the U.S. Most labels can be printed through PayPal, which gives you a confirmation number for tracking your package.
I gladly accept PayPal payments, in US $$ only please. Please pay within two days of purchase. If not possible, please inform me ASAP. I do not charge taxes on the items you buy from my shop. Oregon is one of the few "no sales tax" states in the U.S., just one more reason for shopping with me.
Returns & exchanges
If your item is not as described when you receive it, I would like to be the first to know. If I have shipped you the wrong item, let me know, and I will do everything I can to fix the problem, but that is one mistake I have never made with an on-line sale. I don't want your item to be the first mistake, either. I do try hard to keep a level head when packing and shipping. Please consider spending an extra $1.75 to insure the first $50 purchases you buy from me, just in case of loss or damage in transit.
