This is a large green phantom quartz crystal twin specimen. This colorful crystal has green inclusions of chlorite and other unknown minerals. This particular green phantom is also called lodolite, scenic quartz, picture quartz and garden quartz because of the foliage-like appearance of the inclusions which resemble a landscape or underwater scene. This specimen is a tantric twin. There is a large chip out of the larger termination. It was mined in Brazil. This is the exact crystal you will receive. It has been photographed dry. Every attempt has been made to ensure the photographs portray the colors as accurately as possible.

(These measurements are taken using slide calipers for accuracy. Please use a ruler to accurately visualize the dimensions carefully before ordering so that you are certain that it is the size you need. One helpful method I've used to pick stones is to draw a rectangle to the size of the stone measurements, then draw the stone inside that rectangle touching each side at least once. This helps visualize just how much of the length is in a tapered tip and how much of the width is in any lumps or bumps.)

Shipping & policies
I offer combined shipping discounts on multiple item orders. My shipping turnaround is 3 business days for ready-to-ship items and 2-3 full weeks for made-to-order items. Shipping turnaround is stated in the listing and also in your invoice. Please message me ASAP if you need to rush your order. Also, it is your responsibility to make sure that the address that you provide me is correct when you order.
I pack things extremely carefully with lots of extra padding and protection to ensure that nothing gets damaged. The padding may include styrofoam, foam, bubblewrap, biodegradeable peanuts and cardboard. Some of the padding materials are previously used. I create custom boxes for many of my items to insure they do not get crushed. This adds at least 2 - 3 ounces to all packages. The added cost is minimal, when you consider the inconvenience to both of us if something were to arrive broken.
I ship through USPS via First Class Mail unless other arrangements have been made with customer. ALL domestic (inside the U.S.) orders $15 and over will be shipped WITH insurance. ALL domestic packages will have a tracking number. You can find that tracking number in your shipping notification email or in your invoice on the etsy site. (Hover over "Your Account" in the upper right corner. In the drop down menu that appears, click on " Purchases & Reviews.")
If, despite my meticulous packing methods, there is damage, please save your packaging and item and convo me immediately so we can work on making a claim to cover any damages. I will need your cooperation in order to make a claim. This will involve either you returning everything to me, or providing photographs to me so I can file a claim, or you taking the item and materials to the local post office to file a claim yourself.
Although we can get refunded when something like this happens, I would rather avoid the hassle of filing a claim for my customer, because it does require some work on your part as well, SO I package everything METICULOUSLY so that it can survive major abuse before it gets to you, which means that the packages do weigh more than if I were to just simply wrap in a little bubble wrap and enclose in an envelope. In my opinion, the nominal increase in shipping cost is worth not having any hassles or disappointments. :)
Most international packages are sent first class mail. I am using etsy's calculated shipping services and will not misrepresent the package contents on the customs forms. You may be charged customs/duty fees or taxes. You will be responsible for paying any fees/taxes that your country charges you. I do have some knowledge of fees for different countries, so if you have any questions on what these might be, please feel free to convo me and I will try to help you.
NOTE: I once had a customer in the European Union who was charged 82Euros for a $170USD package. The fee should have been 65Euros. Any issues with customs fees must be taken up with your own customs office, but I will do my best to help you in the case of any customs issues.
Etsy does provide a tracking number and insurance. I will insure international orders of $30 or more. The tracking number provided however, may or may not work in your country. We will at least be able to see when your package leaves the United States. Your country may not enter the tracking number in the system, so please make certain that your address appears as it should in the invoice. International addresses are very different from US, and there is no way for me to know if the way your address was provided to me is accurate, so please double check.
I accept credit cards and paypal. I prefer not to reserve items already listed in my shop for more than a few days unless you are a repeat buyer. Sorry, but I am typically not interested in bartering.

I guarantee my items to be fee of defect. This does not include normal inclusions in natural stones, so please take a good look at the photos before you buy. Natural stones have flaws that are part of their unique personality; I try to capture that personality in my photographs. Please zoom in to the photos to see greater detail.
This guarantee does not include damage caused by dropping or trauma after it arrives. Natural stones and crystals do chip or break if they experience trauma. All pendants come with a satchel for storage. Please use this satchel to prevent damage to the stone and scratches on the metal. Coil your cord up neatly before putting it in the satchel to prevent kinks. Do not use chemicals, oils (which will break down adhesive) or abrasives on your pendant. Damage that the user causes by handling improperly is not covered under my guarantee. However, if you care properly for your pendant and it slips out of its setting, that is covered. I will gladly repair your pendant, or replace it if it is not repairable.
If there is any other problem with your pendant I will work with you to either repair or replace it. If the problem is due to my error, that will be covered under my guarantee. If any maintenance or repair needs to be done that falls under normal wear and tear, or user error, I will be glad to perform maintenance if possible to your item for a fair fee. Please feel free to ask me.
If you change your mind before you wear it, I will consider refunds on a case by case basis, provided that the item returns to me in the same condition that it was when it was sent to you. If you change your mind on a specimen after you receive it, or you think it's going to be different than it is because you failed to look at all of the photos and read the description, I will still consider returns on a case by case basis. You will cover all of the shipping costs in both of these cases. That means that if I do agree to issue a refund, it will not include the original shipping cost. So, to clarify, if a return is due to my mistake, I will pay shipping. If it is due to your error/oversight, you pay shipping. I go to great lengths to describe my items thoroughly in the listings, so please take the time to read them BEFORE you order.
If the return is not done in the first month after original sale, I will not be able to issue it through etsy, which means that the etsy and paypal fees that I payed for the transaction will not be recoverable, so I will have to deduct them from your refund amount. I must receive the item BEFORE I can issue the refund to ensure that it is unused and undamaged. Please contact me to make arrangements in enough time for this process to be completed prior to the end of that thirty day period, in order to prevent losing the fee portion of your refund.
Feel free to convo me no matter what the situation, because I do make exceptions if the situation warrants it.
