Thank you shop owner Patience for such a high quality product. For those who don't know, making these are a hard process that requires alot of artistry and mastery. For international orders the buyer is responsible for any import, VAT, customs fees, etc. I am a US seller and when I ship international the customer is responsible for all fees, taxes, duty, etc. charged. Please find out first what (if any) fees you will need to pay for an order from the US before buying if that is a concern.
I do put a general price in for international shipping. Shipping varies greatly by country and I strongly encourage my customers to convo. me with the item they are interested in and their specific country so that I may provide an exact quote. Otherwise if the buyer orders internationally and the shipping is more than the general price listed I will send a convo. letting the buyer know of the additional cost that will be needed to ship the item and if the shipping price is not okay with the buyer we can cancel the order and the buyers monies will be refunded.

Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
You can return any item (except for items that can be downloaded, CD's, DVD's. books or VHS) within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
The shipping charges are not refundable. The item needs to be returned in the same condition as it was when originally shipped. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges. If a free item was included with your purchase the free item(s) needs to be returned as well. Please let me know if you have any questions.
If there is a problem with any order for example a broken or missing item please notify me within 48 hours of the package being delivered and I will be happy to fix it.
I will take care of and replace or refund any item damaged in shipping as long as notified within the 48 hours of it being delivered. I pay for insurance on most items. I have to send the post office pictures of the broken item and the packaging in order to file an insurance claim. If something is broken and I ask for pictures of the item and packaging please understand I do 100% believe my customers. The USPS however doesn't just take my word that something broke in transit without proof. I have to prove to them in the form of pictures the damage or they will not process the insurance claim. The post office also does require the broken items and the packaging be saved as sometimes they will request to see it. I have yet to have them actually ask to see a broken item in person but they do request it be saved until they make a decision on the insurance claim.
Most of my items don't have multiple pieces. If you do receive something and think a piece or something is missing I must be notified within 48 hours and will make it right. If you notify me of a missing item or part outside of the 48 hours I am not responsible for it as it should be clear once opening the delivered package if something is not enclosed.
I mail every item with delivery confirmation. Many of my items are sent by Priority Mail such as clocks, wine bottles, wall art and more. All of these items are shipped with insurance free of charge. Jewelry, rosaries and fused glass supplies will ship out by first class mail unless a shipping upgrade is requested.
