US domestic orders generally take 3-5 days from the ship date to arrive. International orders can take anywhere from 7-21 days; arrival times are dictated by the customs/postal operation in your specific country. Once we deliver your package to the post office, we have fulfilled our shipping duties and cannot influence how the post office operates--especially during busy shipping seasons (like November and December).

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please get in touch with us before leaving negative feedback! It's not our intention to sell you less than perfect products, but occasionally things happen in transit beyond our control. We can't fix something we don't know about, so please message us! We do our best to ensure our quality is top notch, sourcing reliable components for our jewelry and accessories; however, in the case that an item is not as impervious as we had intended, we will happily repair most items that do not withstand normal use within the first twenty days after it was marked delivered via our tracking information. Lost or Stolen Packages

I’ve gone through this with more than a few people in the past and there is absolutely nothing I can do on my end. Once I deliver your package to the post office, I have fulfilled my shipping duties and cannot influence how the post office operates--especially during busy shipping seasons. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will not be given for lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected packages.

Priority Mail Upgrade
► I ship most packages USPS first class. If you would like to upgrade to priority mail, please message before purchasing your items--and please note, a priority mail upgrade does NOT mean your items will be made faster, only that they may reach their destination faster once shipped. If you are interested in an item, but fear it may not reach you in a specific timeframe, please message me! I’m willing to work with most time constraints, but only if I know about it beforehand. You CANNOT purchase an item then demand that it get to you sooner than scheduled. If you do, I will be very displeased! :(

Shipping Directly to a Third Party
► If your purchase is shipping to a different address as a gift, please make sure that gift recipient knows to expect a package! Share the tracking number so they can keep an eye on it. It’s very difficult to file a claim for lost/stolen packages for gift recipients when the buyer doesn’t live in the same area as the address to which it was mailed. This will make for sad people all around and there’s nothing I can do to help. :(

International Buyers
► International buyers are responsible for any additional fees/duties that are required by their country's individual policies. I also cannot be responsible for delays should your package get caught in your country's customs; I can only make sure it mails out to you in the time frame specified in the listing.

Maine residents will be charged 5.5% sales tax to the item price as required by our home state.

All our items are handmade in very small batches to ensure uniqueness! As such, all sales are final.

Please understand, we offer repairs, but not returns.

We do our best to ensure our quality is top notch, sourcing reliable components for our jewelry and accessories; however, in the case that an item is not as impervious as we had intended, we will happily repair most items that do not withstand normal use within the first twenty days after it was marked delivered via our tracking information. Please get in touch with us before returning an item for repairs. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer; we will cover the cost to mail it back to you once it has been repaired.

All sales are final. We've done our best not to mislead you in our descriptions and images, and if you have any questions about an item, or would like more images or information, please get in touch!

Please notify us immediately if your item arrives damaged. While we package each order with care, accidents beyond our control can occur; letting us know in a timely manner allows us to get to the bottom of when and where it happened and work at resolving the issue.

It is up to the potential buyer to check our shop announcement for any sales that may be running. Partial refunds will not be given in the event that a buyer doesn't notice an existing sale until after the item is purchased.
