Vintage Kodak Duaflex Camera with flash attachment flash bulb through the view finder TTV photography pictures Kodet lens
This is a special Kodak Duaflex camera. It has a very clear top viewer that has unique spots and dust. This is a great camera for TTV photography. This is the first Duaflex - not I, not II, not IV - it is the original production of the famous Duaflex top viewers.
TTV photography is created using a macro lens and photographing what one sees "through the viewfinder" of an old twin lens reflex camera. The result is a dream like image that shows the dust and scratches from the vintage cameras glass, mirrors, and lens.
This camera is listed for decorative purposes, or for TTV, it has not been tested with film.
In very good condition, wear from age and use. The flash attachment and flat bulb make this mid century camera great piece of vintage home decor.
The Kodak Duaflex is a 620 roll film pseudo TLR made by Kodak in the US, Canada, and UK. The original versions were available from December 1947 - September 1950 in the US
This piece would also make a great display in a store or a theater prop or a fashion photography shoot addition.
