Shipping price is indicated on the individual item. I ship via US Postal Service which typically takes 3-7 days from the shipping date to be delivered. Shipping prices are listed for each item and include delivery confirmation with tracking from the USPS.
I use new shipping materials to ship items and jewelry will be shipped in a brand new, cardboard jewelry gift box, ready for gift-giving. Free gift wrapping is available if you contact me at time of purchase to let me know you want it wrapped.
All items will be shipped to the address you provide on your PayPal account. Please make sure the address on your PayPal account is current. If you do not have a PayPal account, please ensure that you provide and verify the correct address for your item to be shipped to. You will be provided a USPS tracking number for the item once I have shipped it.
I combine shipping on multiple purchases when the sales are on the same day.
I currently accept PayPal for payment of purchases. It does not require you to have a PayPal account for purchase and allows you to use your debit or credit card.
If you prefer to pay by check or money order instead, please contact me before payment.
Vermont residents will be charged a 6% sales tax, added at the time of sale.
Returns & exchanges
I want you to be 100% satisfied with the item you receive, so I do my best to take several different photos to show the item off. Most items look much better in person, so I believe you will be pleasantly surprised when your purchase arrives - I am not always able to capture the true beauty, even though I try!
Positive feedback on your experience is also important to me, so please contact me before you leave feedback if you are not happy or have concerns. I want your Esty experience to be something you really enjoyed. I'll be happy to work with you to come to mutual satisfaction with the transaction. Customer service is very important to me, as I know it is to buyers.
For returns, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. Items must be returned to me in the same condition as I sent them, and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once I receive the item, you will be refunded in the same manner you paid for the item.
You will receive a USPS shipment tracking number once I have shipped your order and the post office has accepted the package for shipment. If your item does not arrive and the tracking number for your item indicates that it was delivered, I'm afraid I will not be able to provide a refund. However, please feel free to contact me for assistance in locating the item. Your local post office will be able to tell you the best plan of action, and you should contact them immediately to increase chances of them properly locating the package.
I will list my kits and patterns as "New in Package" or note that they have been opened and whether anything is missing. The yarn, lace and doll parts are all new, never used.
