This wheel thrown yarn bowl is hand carved with many options for your yarn to feed through. I have been working on this design for awhile and tried to combine function with a beautiful bowl.
This design is carved out on two sides to help keep multiple balls of yarn separate.
Yarn bowls are wonderful, useful gifts for the knitters and crocheters in our lives.

This clay yarn bowl measure 3" tall and 7" wide.
It is wheel thrown, trimmed, glazed, and high fired.

I am currently working on some of these knitting bowls.

This is a stock photo. As this is a handmade item, there will be minor variations in shape, size and glaze. I do not use stencils so each carving is similar, but not exactly the same. It is my goal is to make every piece lovely and unique. The color ranges from a eggplant purple to a gray purple.
