All of our items are custom made just for you so please allow 3-5 business days for your product to ship and then an additional 1-3 business days for delivery of US orders and 1-4 weeks for delivery of International orders.

Current processing time after payment is received is 3-5 business days. Items are made to order. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO ORDERING IF YOUR ORDER IS NEEDED BY A CERTAIN DATE AND WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR TIME LINE. NOTE: If you purchase express shipping we will do our best to get your order out asap after approval of proof!! Our shipments are picked up each day so keep in mind that express shipping does not always necessarily mean a quicker ship time over USPS priority which is our normal shipping method. *NOTE* Purchasing express shipping for INTERNATIONAL shipping only allows possibly 1 day less shipping time versus standard shipping. Please be advised that sometimes an order may take a day or two longer to ship. Depending upon how busy we are day to day.
All US orders ship USPS priority . Which is usually 2-3 business days ship time in the US however this is an estimated time it is not a guaranteed ship time. We have NO control over ship time. Please allow extra ship time especially during busy holiday shipping times.
Items will be sent to shipping address that you provided in order, you are responsible to provide address and a full name that is safe for delivery. All US orders will be shipped with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for any carrier errors or delays. PLEASE be aware and TRACK your package with your tracking number. Please note all international orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive and will from time to time get stuck in customs please keep this in mind when ordering and allow for extra time if needed by a certain date. ***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE:*** Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not included in shipping prices, please be aware that VAT, custom fees and/or import taxes may be added by your country's government upon import.
Any items returned to us as undeliverable require you to pay shipping fees again to get them returned to you.
We are not responsible for any delays there may be with UPS delivery or any lost or stolen packages. All packages are insured however the insurance only covers non delivered items or damaged items.** It does not cover lost or stolen items once the tracking states delivery has been made**
We accept payment via Paypal directly from our Etsy Shop. Please be aware if you paying via e check we cannot ship your purchase until the payment clears. It takes 3- 5 business days for the payment to clear.

****NOTE**** All personalized items REQUIRE proof approval prior to producing your item. We will not send proofs until an order has been received. YOU WILL RECEIVE EMAIL REMINDERS YOU WILL HAVE 3-4 DAYS FROM TIME OF ORDER FOR PROOF APPROVAL IF THERE IS NO APPROVAL AFTER 3 -4 DAYS WE WILL DO THE ORDER AS ORDERED!!!! Please review your proof carefully we copy and paste all notes given on an order so be sure all requests are the way you want them. Spellings, dates and any other requests. We are going to make your product the way it is in the proof. Once you approve the proof we are not responsible for any errors or requests that you had in your notes and you may have missed in reviewing the proof.
**** We do understand that order cancellations may be needed for various reasons. We will refund the total amount of your order minus $5 per proof already completed at time of the cancellation request. ****

If you have damaged items. You must provide photos of the the damaged items as well as the shipping box within 2 days of receiving the order. We need photos of the shipping box with the damage shown to file a claim with the shipper! We CANNOT issue a refund for damaged goods until we have the photos of the damaged shipping container!! If we file a claim with the shipper for damaged goods and that claim is denied due to not enough evidence that the damage occurred during shipping we WILL NOT refund any shipping charges on the order.
