ORIGINAL KeepersDollyDuds DESIGNS!
KeepersDollyDuds has partnered with well known pattern developer/ designer Thimbles and Acorns once again to bring you another KeepersDollyDuds Design Pattern.
Jacket Designs inspired by illustrations in a 1906 Sear catalog and hat inspired by illustration in a 1915 Sears catalog.. Just perfect for dressing your historical dolls.
The 'Reefer' was a must for a young Victorian girl. Keepers is pleased to offer two styles with a stylish hat to accompany them. Choose from a tabbed collar version with faux pocket tabs, gathered sleeves with cuffs or the oh so popular sailor collar version and tie. Both jackets are unlined, double breasted and fasten with four buttons at the front.
Each jacket takes 1/2 yard of fabric ( light weight wool, linen, twill, denim, etc.)or a bit more if using plaids and 1/4 yard of interfacing. For view B a small scrap of fabric for ties.
View A- eleven 3/8" buttons
View B- four 3/8" buttons, one yard of 1/4" trim.
HAT: 1/3 yard of fabric plus 6" x 14" piece of interfacing. View A- four 3/8" buttons. View B- two 3/8" button and 8" trim or braid.
Two jackets and hat shown in pictures are examples only of what this pattern can create and are not for sale. Listing is for a down loadable PDF Pattern only.
