We ship through USPS First Class Mail (2-3 days not guaranteed as stated on USPS home page) to physical addresses, P.O. Boxes and military addresses. WE WILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON FILE ON ETSY UNLESS YOU LEAVE A NOTE AT THE TIME OF BUYING FOR US TO SEND TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS. USA customers, if your shipping cost is more than $5.95, your order will automatically be upgraded to Priority Mail 2-3 day service!! Orders of multiple items will receive a shipping refund after the shipping label is created.

We also ship worldwide. International buyers please be aware that you are responsible for any custom fees at time of delivery. First Class International Mail does not provide tracking information. If you need insurance for your item or upgrade to Priority Mail please contact us before placing your order for an estimate.

Once the item leave our hands, we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If the package is lost or not delivered, the customer is responsible of filing a claim with the tracking number at your postal office or at USPS.com. For First Class Mail, insurance can be added for an additional fee. QuickEgoodsSupplies will not reimburse for lost or stolen packages, the postal service will. For USA customers tracking will be provided.

Orders made on Friday will be process Monday.


Payments

We accept payments through Direct check out and Paypal. We will ship your item within 1-2 working days after clear payment.

If payment is not received within 2 days I will not process your order and it will be cancelled.


Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We only refund payments if the item is not as describe or has a man made mistake.
Most of the time we make arrangements to fix or replace the item with the customer's approval.
In order to receive your full refund, you will need to mail back the HOLE order (you are responsible for the shipping charges). Once we receive the items and make sure they are in good condition, we will refund the price payed minus shipping. If the client rather want, we can credit your order towards another item of the same value.
