We typically ship through the USPS using First Class, Parcel. Please let us know if you prefer another option and we can revise our shipping and handling cost to meet your needs.
Insurance is available to the buyer as an option at a cost of $1.50 per shipment. Once the package has been shipped, we will not be responsible for lost packages if insurance was not purchased.
International buyers are responsible for payment of all applicable customs fees.
We prefer payment through PayPal You can use your credit cards through PAYPAL, but will also accept payments by check. Please be aware that payment by check will result in delay of shipment until it has been confirmed that the check has cleared (up to 10 days).
We would appreciate payment within 7 days of purchase, but will hold an order open for as long as 14 days with notice to us that you are considering the purchase of an additional item. We like to encourage the use of combined shipping to reduce the cost of postage and handling to our customers.
Payments through PayPal require shipment to the address verified by PayPal.
Returns & exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly refund your purchase price and original shipping cost for any items that are returned in original condition, within 14 days from the date of payment. Please advise us if you are planning to return an item to allow us to expedite your refund.
CUSTOM WORK Custom work, where we take an advertised item that you purchased and physically change it to meet your needs will not be refundable. In the event that while doing custom work, the item breaks, there will be no charge for the custom work, and your item will be shipped to you in its damaged condition.
