Packages to Latinoamerica usually take around a month to arrive. International orders usually take 7-10 working days to arrive. You can request the cancellation within 1 hour of purchase (I make orders as soon as I receive them). If your order is personalized and I made it within the 1st hour, it can't be canceled.
All items (except custom items & printed on demand goods -via manufacturer-) must be sent for return within 30 days since it was shipped. You will need to send me proof of the date of shipping when you send it. Items must be sent in its original condition and original box/bag in which they were shipped. The cost of sending the item back to me (return) will be paid by the customer. Returns will only be refunded once I receive it back. I will only accept returns if you have contacted me before sending them. If you send an item and it's not under the conditions stated, you will need to pay for the shipping if you want me to send the item back. I won't refund any item that does not meet return conditions.
Incorrect address: No refund can be given for non-delivery to an incorrect/invalid address if I don't get the item back. If I get the item back and you want me to send it again to the correct address, I will set up a custom listing for the shipping cost + $1 of processing charge.

∞ JEWELRY CARE TIPS
- Wear your Sterling Silver Jewelry often. Your body’s natural oils will actually help prevent tarnish on pieces.
- Aluminum jewelry along with sterling silver are the two metals with less skin reaction. It may become dull or dirty over time but it can easily be cleaned by gently washing it with a mild soap or dishwashing detergent, a sponge and hot water or even better with a simple chamois cloth (no need of water). Be careful when cleaning so they leave no scratches and the most important is to dry it very well. You can also use a blow dryer or a dry cloth for this. The chamois cloth is recommended and the fastest and easiest way. Polishing jewelry clothes are not recommended for aluminum.
- Chlorine and even vinegar can damage your jewelry. Although sterling silver can get underwater it's never recommended to do so with any metal. Avoid getting your jewelry wet, except when cleaning the piece. Don't put plated items underwater or any product that can alter the piece.
- Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. Do not store jewelry in the bathroom. When not in use, is better to store your jewelry in its bag/box or a sealed plastic Ziploc bag (separate from other pieces to prevent scratching if possible).
- Apply any perfumes, lotions, makeup, etc and allow them to dry completely before wearing your jewelry.
- It's recommended to put your jewelry after putting clothes on. If a piece of jewelry gets attached to your clothes don't pull from it strongly. Same as if it gets knotted up when storing it. Try to unknot it with a plier or similar very carefully as to not break or open any component. If this happens, contact me to find a solution.
- To preserve the color of the nylon cord jewelry items, prevent putting them under water.
- To clean Sterling Silver use a polish cloth or wash your pieces in soapy warm water to remove any dirt. Non-sterling silver items can be washed carefully with a wet cloth or with just a chamois cloth.

∞ HAND STAMPED items
Since those items are created by hand, they can vary from the image shown and sometimes they are not perfectly centered, aligned,... because of this but any variation adds character to the piece so it can't be considered as a defect. Please, note that hand stamping leaves an imprint through to the opposite side of the item because I have to use pressure when stamping so I prefer to only stamp on one side. Each letter is hand stamped individually so no two initials/words will be exactly alike. I don't darken hand-stamped pieces unless it's requested for an additional price. Rings: soldered rings can vary in one to three millimeters from size (less than 1/4 a size) and should be considered normal as it's a handmade piece and after hammering the final size can change these few millimeters depending on how many times it's hammered and the metal expanded.
∞ STERLING SILVER chains and CHARM MATERIALS
All of my chains and a lot of my charms are made from solid .925 Sterling Silver. This means they contain 92,5% of pure silver. You will see they are usually marked with 925 or STER. My chains are not rhodium plated, white gold plated, nickel silver or silver plated. I use some rhodium plated charms because this is a good material that lasts a lot and it does not wear off with use easily. All plated items can wear off eventually with use and the time will depend on the person and use (time depends on the reaction to body chemistry). Sterling silver and aluminum do not wear off and can be cleaned easily. I use pure 1100 food safe aluminum blanks and from time to time they can have little marks resulting from the machine cutting from large plates that will make your piece more unique and special so it should not be considered a defect as it happens with all metal but if it has large marks I won't use it. I test all my pieces to ensure the best quality. If you have had a skin reaction to any plated material it is better to go with solid materials like sterling silver.
I use the same sterling silver chain in all my pieces with a slight size variation in the ones the charms have to go through the chain so one is a 1,2x1,5mm and the other a 1,7x2,2mm chain. Please keep this in mind if the image has not been updated. It's the same chain and the difference can barely be appreciated in the pictures but I'm updating them once at a time. My jewelry can change prices due to the changes in the price of sterling silver in the market.
∞ GEMSTONES & FRESHWATER PEARLS
All my gemstones are natural genuine semi-precious stones otherwise noted in the listing description. Due to their handcrafted/ hand-drilled nature, no two beads or pearls are exactly alike. Size, shape, and color might vary due to the nature of the gemstones and photograph and monitor color settings.

ACEPTACIÓN DE LA OFERTA: Se produce en el momento en el cual el cliente da su consentimiento expreso al pedido realizado, y con posterioridad a la aceptación de las Condiciones Generales. Se materializa al aceptar éstas y terminar el proceso de compra.
PAGO DE LOS PEDIDOS: Sólo se acepta el pago a través de Paypal con o sin cuenta en Paypal y con tarjeta de crédito o débito a través de Paypal. Clientes dentro de la Unión Europea, todos los precios incluyen el 21% de IVA Español. El precio de los productos será el que aparece en la página web en el momento de realización del pedido. El desglose de los precios se informará en la factura final. Todo cliente tiene derecho a pedir el desglose de precios previo pedido.
ENTREGA DE LOS PEDIDOS: Todos los pedidos se enviarán dentro del plazo indicado en el momento de la compra. Este puede variar sin aviso previo. Todos los pedidos desde España se enviarán a través de la empresa “Correos”. El tiempo de entrega variará según región y país, y estará marcado por la empresa Correos. Los pedidos enviados a través de imprentas fuera de España se neviarán a través de diferentes empresas (USPS, UPS, etc).
DEVOLUCIONES Y CANCELACIONES: Se admiten devoluciones de productos no personalizados. Si cuando reciba su pedido no queda satisfecho, tiene un plazo de catorce (14) días naturales a contar desde la fecha de recepción de su pedido para ejecutar su derecho de devolución. Para realizar la devolución, deberá siempre informar a nkdna antes de enviarlo, una vez confirmado por nkdna, el producto deberá enviarlo a la dirección que se le pida en perfectas condiciones, sin usar y con el embalaje (excepto el sobre de envío) original. Si se incumple, el cliente deberá hacerse cargo del envío y de los costes correspondientes a la devolución y no se hará devolución por parte de nkdna del producto ni el envío original y de devolución. Una vez recibida la mercancía en nkdna y previa comprobación del correcto estado de la misma, se procederá al reintegro del importe a través de paypal o etsy payments dependiendo dónde se ha hecho el pago original. Se devolverá el importe total incluido el envío original. Los gastos de envío de la devolución del cliente a NKDNA estarán a cargo del cleinte salvo que haya habido algún error por nuestra parte. La devolución de los importes correspondientes se hará lo antes posible respetando siempre los plazos máximos marcados en el Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, Texto refundido de la Ley de Defensa de los Consumidores. Es responsabilidad del cliente comprobar que el pedido le llega en buenas condiciones de embalaje antes de recoger y firmar la recogida del transportista. Si no fuera el caso, hágalo constar al transportista, no recoja el paquete y avísenos por email lo antes posible.
No se admitirá la devolución de pendientes (por higiene), ni la devolución de cualquier producto defectuoso después de la entrega debido al mal uso por parte del cliente. Si el producto llega defectuoso o erróneo, el cliente debe informar inmediatamente a nkdna. No se admiten devoluciones o cancelaciones de productos personalizados. Por productos personalizados se entiende la modificación del artículo original expueso en la tienda, la impresión (ejemplo: cojines, tazas u otros productos impresos) o estampación (ejemplo: sobre metal con martillo y punzón) de un diseño o texto determinado seleccionado por el cliente. Se considerarán personalizados todos los productos donde el cliente seleccione una talla, color o diseño ya que se fabrican bajo pedido para el cliente en concreto. Incluyendo anillos soldados con la talla que se pida en el momento de la compra o pulseras de nylon donde se seleccione el color. No se admiten cancelaciones una vez el pedido ha sido enviado y no se admiten cancelaciones en productos personalizados una vez preparado.
PROTECCIÓN DE DATOS PERSONALES
El prestador, nkdna, cumple con la normativa española de protección de datos de carácter personal, y garantiza el cumplimiento íntegro de las obligaciones dispuestas la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (LOPD), el Real Decreto 1720/2007, de 21 de diciembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de desarrollo de la LOPD y demás normativa vigente en cada momento, y vela por garantizar un correcto uso y tratamiento de los datos personales del usuario.
CONSENTIMIENTO AL TRATAMIENTO DE LOS DATOS PERSONALES DEL USUARIO
En el marco de sus actividades, www.nkdna.etsy.com, el usuario mediante el formulario de contacto (mensaje a través de Etsy o email) o la finalización de la compra, estará dando su consentimiento expreso al tratamiento de los datos personales proporcionados según lo dispuesto en el artículo 6 de la LOPD.
