Our printed colors are close, but not exact. They vary slightly in part because of the different types of paper - label, tag, vinyl, paper. Also, the ink color varies slightly from one day to the next. Many factors affect the printed colors, including changes in humidity and air temperature, age of consumable press parts, temperature of the press, and whether the job is at the beginning of a run or at the end. We calibrate daily, check hourly and adjust continually to maintain the colors within a small, specified range. With this being said we cannot offer refunds based on exact color matching.

Shipping & policies
ALL orders with customizations such as names and photos will receive a proof to their Etsy account or email for approval before we print. Proofs can be expected within 1-2 business days from purchase. If you do not wish to have a proof of the labels that is fine, please state in the notes section when you check out that no proof is required.
Some labels do not require any edits, and will be shipped out as shown on the listing unless otherwise mentioned in the buyer's notes at checkout.
You are required to check your Etsy messages and emails regularly to approve the proof in a timely manner. We try to email again if we do not hear back from you within 7 business days. After 14 days with no reply, we will place your order into “Stale” order and mark it as shipped. The order will still be valid, and can be redeemed at anytime, but we do not offer full refunds after an order has gone “Stale”. As a result, we mark it as shipped so it no longer shows up between active orders in our shop.
Standard orders will be printed and shipped within 1-2 business days from final proof approval, or purchase (if no proof is required).
All items will be delivered to you via the contact and shipping information provided on your Etsy account unless otherwise stated in buyer’s notes, or in a message prior to shipment. Once an order is mark shipped we cannot change the shipping address. We do not take responsibility for a package shipped to the incorrect address provided through Etsy. You may either repurchase the entire order, or wait for the package to be returned to our office. We can reship once you pay shipping costs again.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING & PROCESSING
We offer USPS and Fed Ex expedited shipping options, please read carefully…
FOR US Shipping Only: We offer two options for USPS expedited shipping at checkout, Priority and Express. Priority is 2-3 business days and Express is 1-2 business days. Both options are NOT guaranteed by the United States Post Office. Express used to be the only guaranteed way, however we’ve had many issues in the past and will not issue refund if your label takes longer than expected to deliver.
Fed Ex is the best way to have your labels delivered by a guaranteed time frame. Cost varies by zip code so you will need to message us BEFORE you purchase to get a quote. We can set up a custom listing for you with the shipping cost applied.
These options DO NOT include rush processing. We generally have proofs out within 48hrs of purchase. If you need your order sooner, you may need to consider rush processing to ensure your order is designed and printed before others. Pricing may vary due to type of design and time you need.
Due to our high volume of orders, we require payment before ANY custom work is started. We do not offer custom proofs prior to purchase. We will work with you to be sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order before shipping.
If you would like to get a sample of our labels to test on bottles before purchasing a full order, please message us. Pricing may vary depending on the type of sample you would like sent.
CUSTOM DESIGNS & FEES
We can design just about anything. If you have a theme or invitation you would like to match, please feel free to send us a sample design. Custom design fees may vary due to the extensiveness of the design, and you may be subject to additional fees at the discretion of our label designer or shop owner. We allow up to 3 edits (unless it's our mistake) after that we may be subject to charge an additional fee.
DIGITAL FILES AND PRINTABLES
We offer files for you to download if you wish to print labels on your own. Prices may vary per design and for the number of files you need. We design them as 1 file and 1 image, and that’s how they will be delivered to your email upon completion. We can do custom sizes as well, so just let us know when you order.
Returns & exchanges
No full refunds offered after proofs have been sent. Partial refunds may be made at the discretion of our shop owner and the label designer.
You may cancel a non-personalized order within 2 hours of purchase, any later and you may risk it already being prepared to ship. Please feel free to message us if you want to cancel a non personalized order, but have not been notified the labels are shipped. If we have not printed we can still refund your order fully.
For all personalized products there is a 20% cancellation fee if a proof has been sent already to the customer.
Once order is placed and designing has begun, refunds are at the discretion of the designer. We allow up to 4 revisions at no additional fees. Once final approved design is sent, there is no refund allowed.
If your labels are damaged during delivery, we will reprint and ship your order again for you. We may ask for a photo as proof of damage before sending.
Sometimes a label may be sent with a small flaw that was unnoticed. Please contact our team ASAP with a photo of your label. If your label appears to have a flawed quality, we will send you a new label.
INCORRECT INFORMATION OR SPELLING
Some labels do not require proofs, so they will be sent with the text you provided at checkout. It must be your responsibility to provide the correct details when you purchase, or immediately message us with any corrections. We do not take responsibility for spelling errors that were included in the Buyer Notes.
Our labels require proofs to be approved before printing. We are human, and mistakes happen, which is why we send proofs to be sure everything is to your liking before printing. We do not take responsibility if you approve a spelling error or other mistake during the proofing process. Please make sure everything is correct before giving us the GO! If you do happen to get a label with an error that was unseen on your final proof, or if we missed a correction, we will be happy to send you a new label.

TURNAROUND & BUSINESS HOURS:
Generally turnaround is within 1-2 business days of purchase. If it’s going to be any longer for whatever reason or event, you will be notified as soon as possible.
