Our premium keepsake boxes are of superior quality! The glass lid encases our embellished designs leaving the black velvet lined interior a perfect storage compartment for precious keepsakes and mementos. Each comes with an engraved nameplate making a gift your loved ones will never forget. Dimensions are 14.5 (W) x 10 (L) x 5 (D).
Please be sure to provide baby's name and date of birth for the engraved name plate in the notes to shop owner during checkout. Example: [Tiffany Lynne Johnson, March 30, 2013].
The price quoted includes two lines of engraved text. Note there is a $25 cancellation fee in the event you cancel your order, which covers our non-refundable engraving costs.

Shipping & policies
All standard shadow boxes will arrive professionally shrink wrapped to protect your creation while making gift wrapping convenient and easy!
Standard orders that are not subject to customization services are shipped via ground transportation within three (3) business days of payment confirmation.
Custom orders are typically shipped within three (3) weeks. In the event the design process is delayed due to materials availability or other mitigating circumstances, we will notify you immediately.
Orders paid by check or money order will be shipped upon receipt of payment and confirmation from our banking institution of deposited funds availability.
Expedited shipping options are available upon request and will be charged accordingly. Please contact us if you require alternatives to ground transportation and we will relist your order with the applicable shipping rates.
International Customers: please allow approximately two (2) additional weeks for international shipping.
We have an extremely flexible payment policy! We accept direct credit card payments, PayPal™, personal checks and money orders. Note that orders paid with check and money order will be shipped upon confirmation from our banking institution of funds availability.
The Shadow Box is a licensed Virginia retailer. As such, all VA deliveries are subject to 5% sales tax which is applied to the purchase price as well as corresponding shipping and handling charges.
Returns & exchanges

If for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply return it to us for a full purchase price refund. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.
Should an item become lost or damaged during shipping, we will exhaust all efforts to replace it. In the event an item cannot be substituted to your satisfaction, a full refund will be issued.
