LOVED design!...but FYI you have to skip step1 and use as final step to have a clean back finish. No biggie!

The design stitches out nicely, but I only needed one of the designs in the file. There is not an option for just one of the design. I understand in the listing it says you can stitch out 4 at a time, but I only needed one. That should also be an option with the files.

Additional policies

HI all,
Well the last couple months have been a real eye opener! I have only had two orders that had challenging fixes and Guess what materials it was stitched on!? Yes T Shirts , we all love them but they are a pain. I have 3 questions for those requesting refunds for shirt digitizing orders.
1) are you hooping the shirt ? it is a no no don't do it . (New update , I love my new self adhesive stabilizer !! I can hoop a shirt . It's like a giant sticker . Just make sure not to stretch your shirt when applying . ) . 2) Top stabilizer! it is a must with shirts, water soluble is pretty cheap to get even at Walmart it prevents thread from sinking into the stretch of the shirt almost. If you have questions about it i can refer you to a Google site i found .Please use it you will be happier. 3) Spray adhesive. you will need Spray adhesive. (tape up your hoop or it'll get sticky) or there is SELF-adhesive bottom stabilizers I love mine, i can do gauze and its great!. Either way get some it rocks . It holds the shirt in place and prevents the shirt from showing puckering around the edges which is cause by the stretch.
If you use the sandwich method as i call it -top stabilizer,an adhesive(your mayo) and bottom stabilizer.and the file still isn't working out than i can assume it is not user error and i can work on the kinks on my end. Give me the chance to work things out and unfortunately, even with great software and stitch outs on the computer screen it can still be off , Its just how the machine reads the file.
I am so willing to edit stitches and fix files that have issues, but my prices are so reasonable and i spend a long time on your orders I wont be providing refunds.
I am looking for 100% happiness with this very fun and rewarding hobby but as we know its a love hate relationship especially with our embroidery machines.
Thank you all for helping create a great enterprise with something i love to do.
