I ship from the US, so if you live in the US there are no extra fees beyond what you pay for shipping.

My shipping and handling charges cover the cost of a wonderful gift box for each item sent, protective packaging and First-Class Mail delivery via USPS. All items are shipped within 1-4 business days after payment, but let me know if you need something quickly and I can ship in 1-2 business days - without charging you extra for doing it.
For all orders, including international orders, if an item comes back to me because of an incorrect address or the item has not been picked up at your local post office, you will have to pay the shipping charges again to send it back. Unfortunately, I can't get a refund myself on postage that I have already paid out.
PLEASE NOTE FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer and are not reflected in my shipping charges. International shipments will generally take between 2-4 weeks, and sometimes a little longer - it all depends on how long it takes your country to clear the items through your Customs, and then to deliver it to you.
FOR ALL SHIPMENTS TO ITALY AND ARGENTINA – I will only ship via USPS Priority Mail International. This will allow us to assure that your items make their way through these country’s customs and postal systems in a timely and secure manner.
UK CUSTOMERS - The shipping charge you pay to me on your purchase covers shipping to the UK. But occasionally, Royal Mail does charge customs/VAT fees on packages received there, and as I state above - any extra fees charged by the local governments/postal systems have to be paid by the customer in that country. [I've heard from at least one UK customer that she called Royal Mail and gotten the fees reduced - but I don't know how or if it's possible again.] Royal Mail is very random in if they charge any fee, and I recommend that all UK customers track their package through royalmail.com with the tracking number I provide you once I ship. Sometimes, if they do hold the package for fee collection they don't inform the customer that it is there. So if royalmail.com says it's being held for collection of fees, or is marked as delivered but you haven't received your package, your local post office has it. Just call or go down there to check. To be clear, I have no way to know if they will charge any fee or not - and therefore cannot collect any customs or VAT fees here in the US.
I accept payment using any major credit or debit card through Etsy, and you can also pay via PayPal if you have an account with them.

Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not happy with your item for whatever reason, please send it back within 7 days and I will refund your purchase immediately. Returned items must be in original condition and in original gift box (to protect it during shipping) for refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.
For all orders, including international orders, if your item comes back to me because of an incorrect address or if you refuse shipment or fail to pick your item up at the post office and it gets returned to me, I will gladly refund you the price of your item but I cannot refund the price of shipping because I've already paid that out and cannot get a refund myself from the postal system.
I am not responsible for lost or damaged items while in transit back to me.
