Purchases can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

Purchases will be refunded (excluding shipping costs) if the item is returned unused and in its original condition. The buyer pays the return postage fees.

Items can be exchanged if they are returned unused and in their original condition. The buyer will have to pay the return postage fees, as well as the postage fees for sending the exchanged item back to the buyer.

In the unlikely event of a buyer receiving a faulty or damaged item, the buyer has to alert Quiver Tree Baking immediately. The buyer will return the faulty or damaged item and bear the postage costs initially. Once returned, the item will be inspected and should the item be deemed faulty or damaged, then the buyer will receive a full refund of the original listing price and shipping cost, as well a reimbursement for the return shipping cost (proof of shipping required).
