I ship most items USPS as they do not get much business these days and desperately need the support. What this means for you is that your item is typically shipped between 1 and 5 days from when you place an order, and will arrive via your mail carrier 2 to 8 days after that. If you desire quicker shipping or prefer another shipper, please inform me before placing the order so I may adjust my shipping rates. On orders over $30.00 I include a tracking number, but if you would like a tracking number on orders under $30.00 please include this information in the comments section when ordering.
In store merchandise: All payments must be made in full before shipment via available payment options.
Custom orders: If prearranged, payments can be made but work will not commence until payments are complete. Any deposit made on a custom order, once work has begun, will not be refunded if the order is canceled.
Returns & exchanges
Refunds are only issued on a case by case basis, here are some guidelines:
~* Vintage & collectable items often have age and ware, thus the personality and beauty of vintage items! These "wrinkles" show their age and we do our best to include this in the photos. If you are unhappy about a vintage purchase please contact me through the shop email before requesting a refund. If at the time of arrival the item is damaged or broken in ways not disclosed, shown in the photos, or during shipping, you can return it for a full refund of purchase price and return shipping. **Exchanges for vintage items of equal or lesser value can occur if merchandise is returned in the same condition it was shipped out, withing 30 days from your purchase date. If exchanging for an item of greater value, a credit of the original purchase price (s&h not included) will be given toward the item requested.
~*Non custom Pixieland art and craft orders can be returned for any reason for a full refund of purchase price and return shipping. **Exchanges for non custom art/craft items of equal or lesser value can occur if merchandise is returned in the same condition it was shipped out, withing 30 days from your purchase date. If exchanging for an item of greater value, a credit of the original purchase price (s&h not included) will be given toward the item requested.
~*Custom orders are not eligible for refunds as we consult you throughout the entire process, while we ask for your feedback and input, you are there with us every step of the way, so if we complete a project and get it to you, and you are unhappy, we gave you every chance for feedback along the way and gave it out time and used our supplies. We will do everything in our power to fix the issue, including reimburse you for return shipping if you want changes made, but again, no refunds will be issued on custom orders. **Most custom items are not eligible for exchanges except for a non custom item of equal or lesser value, withing 30 days from your purchase date.
~* Pet items that dissatisfy you for any and all reasons within 14 days after receipt of item are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping not included) and to not need to be returned. **Pet items are only eligible for exchange withing the first day after receipt. The reason for this is that if another pet has played with it, I cannot "fix and resell" to another customer.
