We use USPS shipping and we can send to your home address or to your P.o. Box. We ship only to U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii). All shipping by PRIORITY MAIL is insured ($50 or less) and with delivery confirmation. Shipping to the rest of the world: will do only until I ask at the USPS office for a price with your zip code.
We accept paypal and credit cards. Cancellations only will be accepted when they are made within 12 hours of purchase, since I ship the next day.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I normally don't accept returns. Special exceptions only. Returns should be within at least 5 days after receiving your item. If the item has been damaged by you or in the return, you only will be returned part of the money. If you don't want the item to be repaired or replaced, allow 1 or 2 statements to get your credit. If an item gets lost in the shipping transit, and it is insured, USPS will credit your money, but you have to apply for it in your local USPS office. Since they are one of a kind items, I don't guarantee I can send you exactly the same one. If you simply are not pleased with your purchase, let me know at my ETSY CONVERSATIONS and I'm sure we can work it out.
