I've always been conflicted about carving initals in a tree. One on hand it seems so romantic... on the other, I couldn't bring myself (or allow my true love) to desecrate a living tree. With this pattern you can have the best of both worlds: a romantic gesture without harmful affects on nature. :)

In the pattern the heart is left blank so you can personalize the initials.

This 3 page pdf file includes the Initials in a Tree embroidery pattern, the pattern reversed, as well as a color photograph of the completed pattern showing recommended stitches and embroidery floss colors.
