Dear EJV (Erma Jewel's Vintage) customer, please read BEFORE purchase: ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL with the exception of lost or damaged items. Please respond immediately upon receipt of a damaged item. If an item is returned to EJV due to an invalid address, customer pays cost of re-shipping.
Clothing measurements are provided, so I will not accept a return if an item does not fit. I do want my customers to be pleased with their purchases, so please contact me with a valid concern.
I will issue refunds within 5 days after having received the returned item. Return shipping fees for damaged items to be paid by EJV, however return shipping fees for instances other than damage, to be paid by customer. Returns must be received by Erma Jewel's Vintage within 7 days after notification of your dissatisfaction.
Policies For Customers In The EU: *EJV is not responsible for items held in customs or any customs fees incurred. *You must contact me immediately if there is an issue concerning your purchase and you have up to 14 days to return items. *EJV will issue refunds for returned items within 7 days of receiving the item.
