We ship all merchandise via USPS First Class. Shipping and handling charges include the cost of postage and packing materials. Shipments within the US include tracking and delivery confirmation. Insurance is recommended on all packages and the fees are nominal. Please contact us if you wish to insure your packages so we may provide you with an adjusted invoice. Hill Country Gems cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost in shipping. If you would like your shipment expedited, please contact us for pricing and an adjusted invoice.
Buyer is responsible for verifying the accuracy of their shipping address. Hill Country Gems cannot be responsible for shipping errors due to address inaccuracy.

Payments are to be received by within 48 hours and may be made by Visa, and Master Card, American Express, Discover, Bank Transfer, PayPal. No matter what your payment method, all payments are processed through PayPal or Etsy Payments, so ordering is easy and secure.

Returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your item and would like to exchange it or receive a merchandise credit, you may do so within 7 days of the date received. Returns must be unused, undamaged and returned in the condition they were received. Please wrap each piece in bubble wrap and package securely. We will not be responsible for damage incurred during shipping.
Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable and buyers are responsible for return shipping fees and any customs/duties associated. Please thoroughly examine each listing's photos and description (and ask as many questions as you'd like).
You are advised to insure your package and provide a tracking number for your protection. We cannot issue a credit if your package is lost in the mail.
It is the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly examine each listing (description, photos, shipping, etc.) before purchasing. We provide detailed, high resolution photos and try to provide accurate descriptions, though we are subject to the occasional human error. If something seems "off" in a description, please let us know. It's likely because the listing was copied from a similar one with only the pertinent details updated. Lastly, never, ever hesitate to ask as many questions as you'd like. We want to be sure your item is exactly as expected when it is received to save you the hassle of having to return.
