I will ship your purchase within 2-3 business days after payment has been received. Orders are shipped by first class mail through the USPS with delivery confirmation on all domestic orders. International shipping is first class postage. If you would like Priority Mail for either domestic or international, please let me know before hand, I will give you the pricing options.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are shipped via First Class International mail. I cannot be held responsible for customs fees your package may incur as they are imposed by the receiving country and are not in my control. I also cannot declare that a purchase is a gift on a customs form. This is a federal offense in the US and carries severe penalties.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE: Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for orders to arrive in Canada. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for orders to arrive everywhere else.
CharmParfait is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to an undeliverable or incorrect mailing address. If the package is returned to us, we can issue you a credit or refund of the purchase total minus the cost of shipping.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If an item is damaged in shipping, please let me know within 48 hours. I will do everything possible to replace the damaged item immediately. If you have ANY problems with your order please contact me by convo and I will be glad to resolve it. Before leaving feedback if you have had a problem with your purchase, please contact me.
