When you purchase this listing, you will receive 8 raw unfinished wooden birch spindles measuring 9" long x 3/4" wide and a tenon that measures 3/8". They are a great quality crafting supply that can be used for a variety of purposes such as a DIY jewelry hanger, a unique picture frame or paint them up to make a fun wreath.

SHIPPING CHARGES & POLICIES: Shipping will be combined for multiple purchases whenever possible. The shipping cost listed, unless otherwise noted, is for shipping to the 48 States in the United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada at this time. If your shipping address is in Hawaii, Alaska, Canada or International, please contact me for shipping cost. If we do ship to a location outside of the United States, the buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and VAT charges.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: If you would like your item shipped sooner or by any other method, convo us and we can try to work something out.
SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES: Unless otherwise stated in the listing, we generally ship WITHIN 3 business days if the item does not have to made or customized, via USPS, including delivery confirmation for domestic shipments. Requests for custom orders will generally be accepted, however, the turn around time varies depending on the order volume that we are currently experiencing. If you need something by a certain date, please convo us before purchasing and we will try our best to accommodate. Paypal or Etsy will generally send you an email with tracking info within a day or so of shipment.
SHIPMENT ADDRESS: We ONLY ship to CONFIRMED ADDRESSES and only to the address on the order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for any items returned undeliverable as a result of incorrect or incomplete addresses.
SHIPMENT TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES: We ship to the address that you provide us. If you have provided an incorrect address and the item goes missing, we will not be able to refund your money.
If the post office returns your package due to it being undeliverable and we have sent it to the address you provide, we will not be able to refund your money.
LOST PACKAGES: We will ship to the address you provide us and all packages have a tracking number. If the tracking number shows the package as being delivered and you do not receive it for one reason or another, we are unable to provide you a refund as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. The best way to handle this is for the buyer to contact the post office and file a missing package report. The post office can run a scan to determine GPS coordinates of where the item was delivered to.
INSURED PACKAGES, DAMAGED & CLAIMS: I take care in packing items well so that they get to you in one piece, however, breakage and damage are impossible to prevent every time due to handling by carriers. FRAGILE PACKAGES WILL BE INSURED. Please be sure to save the original box and all packing materials used as potential 'evidence' in an insurance claim, otherwise your claim will not be accepted. Should you receive an insured item that is damaged or broken, please follow the instructions on the USPS web side for filing a claim. https://www.usps.com/ship/file-insurance-claims.htm
If your claim is denied and deemed the shippers fault due to insufficient packaging, a full refund of your purchase price + shipping costs will be refunded to your PayPal account upon presentation of proof of claim denial, a photo of the damaged items AND the box and all packing materials. This is necessary for my records as I must account for all product. Please understand that I have no control over the post office when it comes to the amount of time required for the post office to process the insurance claim.
RECYCLED SHIPPING MATERIALS: Please note that, whenever possible, we use recycled shipping materials to reduce waste. We don't use newspaper, dirty packing materials, or used food containers, however, when we have them, we do reuse boxes, bubble wrap and other packing materials. If you are ordering something for a gift and want your item gift wrapped, please convo us to ensure we are able to do so. We are more than happy to include a small note card with your package as well.
We accept Paypal, credit cards, and Etsy gift cards; we expect payment at the time of purchase. Items can only be cancelled up to 30 minutes after ordering as we aim to start working on orders ASAP to ensure timely delivery. If you do want to cancel an item, please send us a message.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: All vintage and upcycled items are sold as is and will most likely exhibit numerous signs of wear that give each piece its vintage character. We will make every effort to describe the items as accurately as possible.
I accept returns if you're not happy with your purchase, however, there are no returns on custom or personalized orders. For returns, you must convo/contact me the same day your item is delivered with your concern. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost back to me, and purchase price will be refunded when I receive the item back in original shipped condition (shipping cost is not refunded). The returned item must be received within 7 days for refund. I recommend insuring your package in the event of loss or damage when returning to me. In the event of loss or damage when item is returned and buyer has insured the package, it is the buyers responsibility for handling the insurance claim with the post office. I will be unable to issue a refund for any packages that are lost or damaged in transit back to me.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us the day that you receive your item and let us know what we can do to change that - we want you to be pleased with your purchase from Diamond in the Rust.
