Orders will be shipped through USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Once your package has been shipped you will receive your tracking number.
Please be sure your address information is correct on either your Etsy account, if payment with credit card, or Paypal account, if payment through Paypal.
Packages are sent to the address entered at the time of the order only. Entry of incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise invalid addresses may result in delivery delay or failure, for which we cannot be responsible.
You are welcome to contact me if you wish to upgrade to priority or express shipping.
International packages cannot be tracked and may take up to 3-8 weeks. Destination country customs may delay packages. You are responsible if you would like international insurance since we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping.
International customers are responsible for any and/or all Customs fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping & purchasing to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Most country's Customs agencies open and/or assess fees to a random selection of packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please message me if you would like to return your order. This must be done within 7 days of receiving your item/items. I will refund you the purchase price of the item after I receive the item in original condition. Shipping is at the customers expense.
