The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want you to be completely satisfied with your beads! I happily accept returns up to 14 days after purchase, and kindly ask that all merchandise must be returned in original condition and quantity and safely reshipped to receive a refund. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs of return, and previous shipping charges won't be refunded.
Usually if a package is marked delivered and not clearly lost I can't offer a refund/replacement, as this is to protect my shop from fraudulent behavior. Please convo me if this situation arises. All cases of missing packages are promptly reported to the post master and will be investigated by postal authorities.
Of course, if I make a mistake, (send the wrong item/quantity/damage in post, etc), please contact me as soon as possible so I can get this corrected, at no further cost to you.

GENERAL CONDUCT Hostile, threatening, and unnecessarily unkind behavior will not be tolerated. This includes changing/manipulating feedback, demanding free items or coupons, requesting that I lie on customs forms, or other generally unprofessional behavior. These all breach Etsy's ToS as well and all such behavior will be promptly reported. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who I feel has breached mine or Etsy's policies.
PHOTOGRAPHY I take my pictures indoors with professional photography equipment and a macro detail lens, and never with any flash. I try my very hardest to get the images as close to reality as possible. Please know that different computer monitors and personal brightness settings can change their appearance. Once you receive your order, viewing beads in a dark room/under artificial lighting/very bright outdoor lighting, etc will also affect perceived color. I also provide detailed descriptions, and thoroughly reading these will help your buying experience.
