Artistic Weavers, LLC orders are sent USPS First Class mail, it usually takes 3-5 days to receive your order. I also use tracking and will email you the tracking number once the package is mailed. Please be sure your shipping address is updated and current, if your item comes back un-deliverable, you will be charged additional shipping fees. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Any and all custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. You are urged to contact your Customs Office to find out what the limits are before custom fees will be applied to your order. Artistic Weavers,LLC. will not alter the invoice or packing slip to show a lower purchase total.

Returns & exchanges

Merchandise will be refunded once they are returned in good (original condition and package, not used) condition, unless they were damaged when you received them. Refund will be sent once items are returned to me. Refund is not for shipping, only for item purchased. All returns must be made within 30 days of notifying Artistic Weavers, LLC. No refunds on returns that are past 30 days.

Additional policies

All International and Canadian orders are responsible for any custom fees their country may charge them. Artistic Weavers is a retail store only, Artistic Weavers, LLC. does not sell wholesale. All Shibori ribbon is made by Artistic Weavers, LLC. It is not purchased from another source. The silk Shibori ribbon is hand made and hand dyed and will differ slightly each batch that is made.
