Items will be carefully wrapped in recycled or new padded envelopes or boxes and shipped by USPS First Class Mail with tracking within 3 days of purchase. Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Priority shipping upgrades can be purchased through my shop. Priority shipping includes tracking and insurance.


Payments

Payment is due at check out. I accept direct check out, credit cards, and PayPal. Items not paid for upon checkout will be re-listed. International buyers are responsible for all taxes, fees, and VATs.

If you would like a custom order;
If you would like to arrange for layaway;
If you are purchasing more than two items. I will weigh your selections together and may be able to adjust your shipping;
If you would like to insure your purchase.

How layaway works: For vintage items, depending on the price of the item, I will break your payments into 2 or 3 reserved listings for you. A deposit in the form of the first listing payment is required for me to hold the item for you. We will agree on a time for your additional payments. When payment is made in full, the item will be shipped out the next day. If you have any questions, please convo me.

If you are paying by eCheck, please note that the check must clear before I can mail your purchase.

CUSTOM MONOGRAM NOTE CARDS: Payment must be made before designing can begin. For simple custom work, i.e., names, initials, party particulars, please leave information in Note From Buyer. Orders include 3 changes. Additional changes will incur a charge of $5. Designs that are custom made using the buyer's ideas are $25.00 for design and 3 changes. Additional changes will incur a $5 charge.

CUSTOM MADE ITEMS under $100 require payment in full before work can begin. Custom items over $100 require an initial deposit of 1/2 of the total price before work can begin. The final 1/2 payment is due at completion of the item. Payments may also be broken down into three payments. All custom orders are NONREFUNDABLE.

CUSTOM QUILTS over 24" X 24" require a $100 design fee which includes 3 drawings/changes. Additional changes will incur a $10 charge. Smaller wall hangings (no larger than 24") will incur a $35 design fee which includes 3 drawings/changes. Additional changes will incur a $5 fee. Quilts larger than 24" will take 6-10 weeks to complete. Wall hangings no larger than 24" will take 4-6 weeks to complete. Quilts will be sent by priority mail with tracking and insurance.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Items are returnable within three business days, in the same condition as shipped as determined by me. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Please be sure to convo me with the tracking number. Items over $50 should be insured and require signature confirmation for your protection. Refunds include the purchase price but not the shipping. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Please contact me within 3 days of receipt if there is a problem with an order and I will work out a resolution. I would appreciate hearing from you BEFORE you leave feedback. I do not re-ship or refund orders that are shown by USPS delivery tracking as having been delivered. Regretfully, I cannot be responsible if buyer provides the wrong shipping address.

Additional policies

For custom orders please allow 2 weeks to complete your order. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. I make every effort to take accurate photos of my items, however, colors may look different due to screen monitor variations. For custom quilts, please allow 6-10 weeks for completion.

If you have purchased a jewelry item that needs repair, I may be able to accommodate you. Convo me with a photo of the problem, i.e., broken clasp. Please be advised that there will be a charge for any additional components or findings needed. Please be further advised that the cost of shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer, as well as the cost of return shipping to you for Priority shipping with signature confirmation payable as an Etsy purchase before your item will be returned to you.
