All our items are shipped in a small box. This helps us ensure that the products you order are not crushed by the postal service.
We do charge a small handling fee which includes the cost of my mailing supplies. We also take into consideration the time needed to travel to the post office and waiting in line.
We cannot be responsible for packages once they leave the Post Office. If you require insurance, please contact us for a quote & a revised invoice prior to paying.
We will combine orders to save you money on shipping, however you need to know that many items will come individually boxed in a decorative gift box still costing some extra handling fees. Please contact us for total cost.
We ship on Tuesday, Thursday, and sometimes Fridays after your payment has cleared. (excluding weekends & holidays).
We DO ship internationally, and almost all of our items have those shipping costs listed.
We will accept payment through PayPal and by Money Order. You can login with your paypal account to authorize payment. You can also pay with a credit card through paypal if you do not have a paypal account. If you have any problems with this let us know so we can assist you with your purchase.
We appreciate prompt payment. No orders will be shipped until payment is made and cleared. If you require Insurance or a shipping upgrade, then please contact us rather making payment and we will send you a revised invoice.
Returns & exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us. We will accept returns or exchanges provided the accessories have not been worn or used and are in the original packaging. Please contact us for return/exchange approval within 5 days of receipt of your items. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Shipping fees for returns/exchanges will need to be at your expense.
