All items are handmade with care after your order is placed. CURRENT ORDER PROCESSING times can be found on the listed item's detail page. Items MAY SHIP SOONER. Processing time is the amount of time needed to make your item & doesn't include shipping time. Processing time is determined by size & volume of orders being placed at the time of purchase. These times are subject to change during busy periods.
My items are made to order. The item you order will be made as pictured but due to variations between monitors and the uniqueness of the beads themselves, the items you receive may vary slightly in color or bead markings. Beads are purchased in large quantities to allow for repeating designs.
I welcome custom order requests. Please contact me with your request through convo. Custom orders require extra time (up to 9 business days) to complete. This is varies if the order is large. I will discuss that at the time of purchase. Custom orders must be paid in full prior to any work starting. If the custom order is canceled after work starts the refund will only be 50% of the purchase price. I will accept up to 3 changes for 1 custom order, after that there will be a $3 charge per change. No coupons or discounts may be applied to custom orders. These orders are not eligible for return however in some cases an exchange may be granted at sellers discretion. Please review the invoice in detail prior to paying for the order.
Solid ring stitch markers are available in several sizes. They are not adjustable. You need to consider what kind of projects they will be used to create. A marker ring that is larger than your knitting needle can still be used. Example if you purchase rings that are sized to fit a US 11 needle you will be able to use it on all needles up to US11. It would not work on a US 13 needle. Some knitters like having several sizes on hand.
Should your item break or have a defect I will work with you to provide a repair or replacement within the first 30 days. Please understand that after 30 days of use I am willing to repair an item if sent to me & the damage is fixable but this will be decided on a case by case basis. A refund will not be the resolution after 30 days. I will always work with my customers to reach a reasonable solution if a problem occurs. If you have purchased tools please understand they are used heavily & they don't last forever and will need replaced eventually. I can repair or re-work items that you purchased from me in the past for a fee. Please contact me if you are in need of this service. For more information please see my store return policy.
Returns are excepted. You must contact me within 14 days of receiving item. If the item is faulty a full refund or equal item will be granted if I am contacted within 14 days. If you just aren't happy with the item we will gladly take it back in original sell-able condition but a restock fee of up to 25% may apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders are NOT RETURNABLE.
