** SHIPPING** - The order will ship to your Etsy address unless you tell me others.
~ Shipping Address ~ Your package is shipped to the address provided on the receipt of your order. Please double check that it's the correct address.
- We ship via first class or priority mail USPS - All US shipping include delivery confirmation and online tracking. - Please let me know if you want to add registered service or insurance for international shipping.
~ Shipping Date Most shoes are created after you make your order. Shipping date varies based on current workload.
~ Shipping insurance ~ Shipping insurance is NOT included in the shipping fee. Please contact me immediately upon purchase if you would like to add insurance (for an additional fee). Once I place the item in the mail, it becomes USPS's responsibility.
**Please make payment within 24 hours of order. Otherwise, your transaction will be canceled. Until payment its made and e-checks are cleared we can start working on your order.
Returns & exchanges
We are honest. We do everything possible to help you get exactly what you need. Since all items are handmade to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted. But please contact us first with any problem you may have to find the best solution.
If you need to cancel the order, cancellation is allowed within 36 hours of order or before I start making your item, whichever is earlier.
Please be sure and ask questions about size, color, material, etc. before purchasing.
For international buyers, It is highly recommended that you purchase a registered mail service add-on which will ensure safely delivery and provide online tracking. Please be advise once I mailed out the package, It is out of my control. I am sorry I could not be responsible for mail lost by carrier or custom hold. However I will try my best to work with you to avoid this type of problem. Thank you so much for your understanding.
