The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
No returns accepted. Please note that each and every item is made to order.. That being said I take great pride in making each order for every client it takes time and patience to complete each item. Therego the no returns policy..
However as a courtesy some exceptions can be made, but please note that we do not give cash refunds on orders, but will gladly exchange any item within seven days of receipt.The exchange must be of same value as purchased.
Items accepted for returns or exchanges must be unused and returned in same packaging Defective items must be returned up to 7 days from the date the order was delivered. Return shipping charges and/or any other additional shipping charges are your sole responsibility.
For exchange/return inquiries please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. and let us know the reason for the exchange/return and we will be glad to help you. Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you via email on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive credit back to your account within three business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
