Item details

Once found growing wild in Florida groves, this little pepper packs a ferocious punch when it comes to heat! Since the wide spread use of herbicides in our groves today, this plant has become a rare breed. Most people that have these plants acquired them years ago when they were growing wild in our groves or, they saved some seeds and started them at home. I consider myself one the lucky ones who was able to do just that. This pepper is prized by many of it's growers as their "little secret" in many recipes and sauces due to it's very unique flavor.

Hot pepper enthusiasts, this is the one! True pepper aficionados, you already knew that!

Very easy to grow, grows when and where most other peppers do with similar requirements. It produces small 1/2" to 1 1/2" long peppers. It is a perennial plant, if kept from freezing it can live for many years. Can be grown like an annual since they are quick to produce. Plant in pots or directly in the ground, very appealing to the eye with many colors as the peppers mature at different rates.

You will receive 100 or more Grove Pepper seeds in one of my custom, handmade seed packets made from 100% recycled brown paper bags.

94% germination rate

The plants these seeds came from are 100% organic. Seeds alone can be used to spice up recipes. They are 100% organic with nothing added to preserve them. Please use caution when handling these seeds and the peppers from the plants. i prefer to use latex gloves or something similar to protect me from the capsicum.

Thanks, and Happy Gardening from MrOrganic!
