Item details

The Mary Quant dress, (according to Erin McKean's book The Hundred Dresses), transports you back to swinging London in the Sixties, riding off on a scooter, late for a rock show or some sort of "happening."

The Mary Q Dress pattern is a classic and timeless shift that can even be made reversible as it is fully lined. "A woman is as young as her knees" says Mary Quant herself. So the Mary Q dress pattern is cut a little longer than the traditional mini skirt to flatter all figures.

For expert seamstresses, there's a one-page cheat sheet of instructions. Online, our website www.clotheslinepatterns.com has a full colour photo tutorial. For raw beginners, I've included some short videos to make this iconic dress accessible to all levels of sewing expertise.

Multi-size pattern comes in 8 sizes to fit bust 73cm (29") to 108cm (43") with just 2 pattern pieces to download.

Enjoy!
