We ship within two working days after receiving payment, by Royal Mail from the UK. The items will be shipped to the address listed on Etsy, if you want them to be sent to the different address, please leave the message at the checkout. If an address does not accept / pick up a package and the order is shipped back to me, a buyer covers repeat shipping costs. This is a generally accepted rule among Etsy members

Cartmell Craft want you to be happy with your purchase, and we will do all we can to ensure that this is a happy transaction for you.
Damaged/broken items: In the event of an item arriving broken or damaged, we will of course refund your payment in full . Please email us to let me know - sending a photo/ jpg of the damage is recommended - it's much easier than trying to describe it!
Customer Satisfaction: If you are not completely happy with your item when it arrives, please email me right away to let me know, and we will refund your payment at once if the item is returned in new and unused condition.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item, and return it in its original packaging. (Please be sure to get a receipt or record of posting). Refunds (minus shipping costs) are issued through Paypal once the item is received. The buyer bears the cost of return postage, please, except where the fault is mine (for example, if you think the item is "not as described", or you've changed your mind, etc.)
Whatever problems or questions you have, please do not hesitate to contact me - I am always very happy to work with my customers to sort out any issues, etc., and ensure your transaction is as smooth and happy as possible.
NB: For health and safety reasons, I cannot accept returns of earrings (except of course if they reach you damaged or broken in some way!).
