This listing is for 20 square hang tags in your choice of size (2" or 1.5") and your choice of any of the designs shown on listing, in my full gallery or a completely custom design.

You will get 20 tags for each quantity of "1" Ordered.
(If you order a quantity of 2 I will create, print and ship 40 tags for you, etc.)

Tags can say anything you want as long as it will fit and still be readable. Border colors, wording and many of the designs can be adjusted to any colors you like! Feel free to mix and match colors, designs, fonts and wording to create your very own personalized design. If you don't see something you like I can create from scratch too!

They are professionally printed on heavy white cover stock. (Other paper options available by request, additional fees may apply! Contact me for details.)

I am able to customize the color of the borders on each tag if you want to change/tweak them. (I can usually adjust colors of the design itself as well - just contact me first to be sure!)

Don't want borders? I can do that too!

I can include your names, event date and/or a message of your choosing (as long as it will fit and remain readable!). Options are truly endless!

Just send me the following info in an etsy message and I can get started on your custom tag design!

1. Tag Size (2" or 1.5")

2. Design Choice

3. Font(s) Choice

4. Border Color(s) Choice

5. Wording: Bride and Groom's Names, Wedding/Event Date OR Any other wording you like! As long as it fits and is readable I can customize all wording.

6. With or Without Hole Punch

7. Anything else you would like me to know when creating your custom tag!



►THE ORDERING PROCESS◄

1. Upon placing your order and sending payment please send me your customization choices (Either in a convo, with your payment or by e-mail: weddingsnwhimsy [!at] gmail.com). If I don't receive your choices I will convo you with a request for information :)

2. Once I receive your customization choices I will create and send a proof/example to you for review through Etsy Messaging/Convos.

3. You will then review the proof I send you and either approve it for printing OR reply with any revisions you may have.

4. Upon final approval items are printed and shipped within 7-14 days unless otherwise noted. (IN A RUSH? See information below!) Items will NOT ship without your approval. Please make sure you respond and let me know if it's good to go!


Due to the custom nature of all of my items all orders are final. Please make sure you look the proof over carefully before approving for printing and shipping!

Color chart is to be used as reference. I am not limited to using just those colors. If you have another color in mind let me know and I will do my best to customize the design as you need.

NOTE: Colors may vary between what you see online and your actual printed product so I cannot guarantee that the color you see on your monitor will match the printed product. The
calibrations of your monitor and what type of computer you use can affect how the colors appear online when viewing the final proof.

If you are concerned about color, I recommend requesting a sample unpersonalized print & printed color chart (for a small fee) so you can be sure that your item is the color you are expecting. You are also welcome to mail a swatch to me by snail mail so I can match the print as best as possible. There are no returns/refunds because the color you ordered does not match your monitor!

Is your event just around the corner? I am a one woman business with a handling time of 1-2 weeks to accommodate my busy times. I usually ship much sooner but sometimes I am just swamped. If you need your items shipped more quickly please contact me first to ensure I can handle your request. ( 20% rush fee plus the cost of upgrading to a faster shipping service may apply!)

Items are shipped within 10 business days of receiving your final approval of the design (Monday -Friday, not including Holidays). I usually ship more quickly but it depends on my workload at the time.

(Time between ordering and shipping is also affected by how well we communicate! Send a message to me with all of your customization information ASAP. If your sample is approved quickly I can go to print more quickly as well!)

If you NEED your item shipped sooner please contact me BEFORE ordering to ensure I can handle the order and get it to you in time. Rush order fee may apply.

I combine shipping on all items!

International - I offer First Class Mail to many countries which is more affordable than priority. Please contact me for pricing if your country is not listed!

INVITATION SAMPLES -
All samples ship USPS First Class within 2-4 business days.

FULL INVITATION ORDERS -
• Allow 2-3 business days for digital proofs to be sent over for you to review.
• Once final invitation design has been fully approved please allow an additional 3-5 weeks for printing and assembly (not including shipping).
• Full invitation Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 days domestically and 10-15 days internationally.

ALL OTHER CUSTOM ITEMS -
• Allow 2-3 business days for digital proofs to be sent over for you to review.
• Once design has been fully approved by you for print please allow an additional 3-7 business days for shipping.
• Items are shipped USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.

Weddings*n*Whimsy is not responsible for any shipping delays, delays in customs in which can take up to a week or more.

International Customers: First Class International Mail may take 4-6 weeks to reach you. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

► Invitations
I highly recommend ordering a sample suite before ordering in full so you can see and feel our quality in person.

Your initial deposit acts as a non-refundable retainer that holds your place in my calendar and begins work on your customized design. When the remaining balance is paid all items are sent to print. Printed customized items cannot be resold therefore I cannot offer any refunds.

(All invitation suite samples and sampler charts are printed on a professional grade printer on heavy white matte cover stock unless otherwise noted when ordering. Colors can vary slightly between different items, different paper stocks and different print runs so please allow for the possibility of very slight variances from sample/chart.)
