Item details

I was absolutely delighted to come across an estate sale in Winter Park, Florida one day early this summer. What set this sale apart from all others was there was a huge sewing room divided into three sections, one for dressmaking, one for curtain making and one for furniture upholstery. This was like walking into a dream room filled with all things sewing, and it appeared to be filled with fabrics and notions dating back to the 60's! Upon entering I counted seven sewing machines, two were of commercial grade. I quickly found three tubs of which I claimed immediately as they were filled with hundreds of yards of lace, buttons, and other sewing notions. The lace was in all sizes and colors, rows and rows neatly organized and stacked upon each other. This listing, and many more yet to come, is for some of the contents of that lace filled box.

Listed here is 24 yards, 21 inches of ivory colored flat floral lace trim. The lace is firm and measures 1-1/4" wide. The lace pattern appears to be a continual row of four square petal shaped flowers with smaller square center. The top edge of the trim is straight while the bottom is scalloped. The condition is very nice, firm and perfect for ruffling. This 'bolt' of ivory trim was packed with hundreds of yards of other lace, some patterns of which I recognized from my high school days in the 70's.

Please feel free to ask questions or to request additional photos as this item is non-returnable once sold. Ship charges will help to cover packaging materials, postage and tracking. Large yardages of lace and trim will be mailed without card holders in order to cut down on weight.

Thank you for looking!

Zip or postal code

EFFECTIVE 11/28/15: Any package that mails to a zip code zone that starts with a 94, 95, 98 or 99 MAY have an increase in postage that is over and above what is collected at check out. There is a considerable increase in postage for packages mailed to these zip code zones and customer will only pay for costs associated with the mailing. These zip codes zones are the furthest point from my home, or the shipping origins and usually include the states of: Northern California, Washington State and Oregon.

Currently I only ship within the US. Once payment is received I will ship within one to two business days. Tracking will be added to all shipments and insurance when necessary.

IF you live outside of the US kindly contact me PRIOR TO PURCHASE so I can review the area to be shipped to and properly assess ship charges.

IF you wish to pursue shipping out of the United States please understand that adding tracking to the package is VERY expensive. In some cases it can push the price of shipping up by as much as $40. If you elect to ship without the tracking and the package is lost somewhere along the route, I will not be able to offer a refund. I am not able to guarantee, or insure, a package if lost in route when the tracking costs have been waived in order to save money. As much as I wish I could help I am not able to risk the loss of an item and payment too, if forced into a refund.
Please know I will always work towards getting the best ship price possible as I personally don't like paying anymore than needed for this charge myself. If you wish to proceed with out of country shipping please provide me with your mailing address so that I may get an exact dollar amount to ship an item to you.

SPECIAL NOTE: CrossCreekPokeweed does not add any kind of service charge/processing charge/gas charge to shipping charges. Customers will only pay for the cost involved in shipping your package to your front door. If an overage is collected it will be refunded back to the customer.

If you are purchasing multiple items I will be very happy to consolidate and work towards reducing ship charges. Please contact me with the items you wish to purchase, prior to purchasing, so that I can work up the best possible pricing for shipping. Or, customer may elect to proceed with checkout and any overage collected for shipping will be refunded back to the customer.

Please know that I will be very happy to combine ship when multiple post cards are purchased. In most cases the first post card will ship for $3.95 and every card added to the order thereafter will ship for .50 cents. If supplies are available I will try to ship your newly purchased post cards in a clear, hard plastic sleeve to protect during shipment. Buyer can either contact me prior to purchase to adjust shipping or I can refund any overage immediately after cards are mailed. I am all for saving money on shipping!!
