Shipping for US orders: We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Insurance is NOT included.
Our policy includes packing your items very carefully and in some cases the purchase is double boxed to ensure safe arrival. However, the post office does not always treat your items with care.
If you have not purchased insurance, you will accept the responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, broken, confiscated or undeliverable items. The post office does not reimburse for uninsured items and we cannot either.
Purchasing insurance gives added protection for your item to arrive safely and in the same condition as shipped. You will have 7 days from the date of delivery to open and inspect your purchase for damage. If an item is received damaged and has insurance, the process will begin for claims. Please send pictures of your damaged item/items and a picture of the box. It is your responsibility to file a claim. No refund will take place until the claim is completed by the post office and could take up to 30 or more days.
If an item needs to be refunded, shipping will not be included in the refund if it has shipped. Returns of any kind that are allowed, shipping back to us is the sole responsibility of the buyer plus a 20% restocking fee.
International orders: We ship USPS International Packages which has become more expensive (we can no longer ship first class international as an envelope and must be shipped as a package-more expensive), which can take up to 45 days depending on where you are. Some of our items can easily be shipped internationally and are already indicated on the fee for shipping. It is your responsibility to know before purchasing if the item can come into your country. You are solely responsible for any customs, duty fees, taxes etc. The item/items will be truthfully described as "merchandise" and the actual amount you paid for it in US Dollars. Also, please include your phone number.
Payment is expected within 48 hours of a reserved listing. No items are shipped until payment has cleared. Paypal and credit cards are accepted. Choose carefully as there are no refunds, returns or exchanges. Every item will be described to the best of our ability and truthfully.

Additional return information
If all parties involved come to an agreement about accepting an item for return or exchange, the buyer will pay all return shipping and shipping for the exchange item.
International customers who want a pattern will have to pay the international package rate. We can no longer send then as an envelope. Only documents are allowed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
