If customer is not received package during 2 -3 weeks and package has tracking number and insurance, please ask seller to check the tracking information with local post service. If package is sent as regular package normally it could reach you worldwide from 2- 5 weeks worldwide. For some countries in Latin America, Africa, Middle East, Asia, even Russia we recommend always choose tracking and insurance as shipping option, otherwise your package can arrive with huge delay, sometimes up to three months, all depends from local custom service procedure.

All our packages are very well packed in professional package materials. If package arrives damaged during delivery, seller could not be responsible for Postal Service quality of work. So customer has to open a claim in local post office in maximum one week after receiving a damage item and send seller clear photos of damaged item and original package what comes with it. Most all of our packages comes with tracking and insurance, so customer losses could be compensate by Postal Service, if claim is opened properly (with all information requested from both sides - buyer and seller) and immediately after receiving damage item. Seller could offer to replace damaged item if it is possible, if not, buyer could get refund for damage item only after receiving insurance compensation from Postal Service.
For used and vintage items there is no guarantees provided by seller.
