Quarks Restaurant and Bar Themed from Deep Space 9 (DS9).

I use these in my Scrapbooking, to remember the wonderful times we had at Quarks Bar and Restaurant in Las Vegas, NV. Date on the Cover is 1997 and have never been opened and no strike makes on the cover.

Quarks opened 1/1998 in the Las Vegas Hilton Hotel, Las Vegas, NV and mostly closed 2008. This facility has hosted 100's of famous Stars and Conventions.

Having completed all my memories of the events and wonderful times. I have some left overs. For collections, scrapbooking. Not intended for Children or any other use other than collection.

    Item came as promised. It arrived quickly and the packaging did a great job of protecting the fragile matchbook. Mel kept in touch with me every step of the way, even sending me a picture of the package (which was adorable with a custom stamp) once it was ready to ship so I would know what to expect in the mail. I am so excited about my DS9 collectible. I will definitely be a repeat customer! I couldn't be more pleased with the transaction.

If item(s) discounted as in on SALE, Clearance, or purchased with a coupon, there is no refund or replacements provided.

Again There are no refunds on gift wrapping option, UNLESS package hasn't been shipped.

Exchanges can take place, only if the 3 day rule has been applied. Replacement item will not be sent till receipt of original item, and item wasn't discounted by being on sale or purchased with a coupon. Items returned will be used for review on how to improve future items. Exchanges are only accepted if manufacture defect of workmanship or supplies used.

Additional policies

What if the item is a bit off in size from the description?
Each listed item is measured just before its picture is taken and listed. Sizes of items are always listed as closest to a fraction due to being a handmade product and like items will vary from one to another. Items are measured in a flat relaxed position….no stretching or clumping is ever arranged with the product. During shipping an item may be flatten, folded or rolled for packaging and may need to be fluffed up to get back into normal shape. This reshaping in no means should damage the item and is not a valid reason for return. If the item was off by inches then Melz Toyz would be more than happy to replace the item as long as the item was in unused condition and with in the 3 day time frame that the item was in your care.

What if I can’t get the item back to you in 3 days?
The 3 days is the amount of time you have from the receipt of the item to start the communications. We will work out a date to get the item mail out by and calculate a time table for it's arrival and receipt. If you can’t make the arranged dates and a longer than normal time frame has already passed the arrival date without any additional communications from you; Then Melz Toyz is under the impression that you have changed your mind and are happy with the item and no additional action is needed. Postage for returned items is at Customers cost.

What if I don’t like the color of an item?
Items are made out of material at hand. We ask that you take up-most care in the decision when selecting any item. This is not a valid reason for return. Even if you were to order a red item…there are a vast number of shades of red or of any color that we can only describe items by the most basic of colors description and the best photo's possible.

What if I change my mind or return an item that has been gift wrapped?
Above rules apply for item only.
Can only refund for non shipped gift wrapping.

What if my pet destroyed the item as soon as it got it?
Pet toys are sold as is. No returns or refunds. Each pet plays different and each pet plays differently with each toy. I can only tell you being a pet owner myself. I use the up-most care in making a safe fun toy. By using only organic catnip, strong materials and strong yarns/threads to make the item. I will use natural fiber cloths, threads/yarns whenever possible. I think if your pet was in the mood to destroy a toy; the toy did its job, kept the pet entertained and may of saved your best pair of shoes. I would still like to hear from you as to just how it was destroyed and make some design changes for any future toys. May be even ask, if your pet would be willing to test out a new Melz Toyz creation?
