I aim to post within 24 hours, but I've put 1-2 business days just in case of any unforseen circumstances. Within the UK I post First Class (or Recorded if the order is over £15) and internationally by Airmail.
Overseas customers please note: the buyer is responsible for paying any import customs duty or taxes.

I accept Paypal or Etsy's Direct Checkout as my payment gateways.
You can use debit or credit cards with both or use your Paypal account.

Returns & exchanges

Under distance selling regulations, you may return items within 14 working days of receipt. They must be in original unused condition as supplied and you must keep a proof of posting or post by trackable means. A refund will be issued on receipt of the original goods. Please contact us first if you need to make a return and include your name & address in the package so it can be matched up with your order, or use the Etsy EU Cancellaton form. Return postage costs will not be refunded (unless the item is faulty).

Additional policies

I am a jewellery maker myself but had a great idea a few years ago to buy beads and findings in bulk, keep what I need and sell the rest. I've had a website and an ebay shop, but due to rising costs, lack of space (there's stuff everywhere and the purpose built storage shed is crammed!) and packing bead orders eating into time to make my own jewellery, I decided to downsize this part of my business. So what's in stock here is what's left!
