Postcard from the 1939 New York World's Fair. The Singing Cascades, Westinghouse Building. The back reads: "The Westinghouse Singing Cascades - a symphony of sound, light and water. At any given instant six tons of water can be seem tumbling down the series of fifteen separate cascades. 120 feet high, it is one of the world's highest man-made waterfalls."
How fabulous is that!! Wish I could have seen that! This is as close as one gets.
