Payments

Payment is due upon ordering. We accept all major credit cards through Etsy & Paypal. If payment is not received within 48 hours, orders will be cancelled.

Returns & exchanges

PDF PATTERNS: Due to the nature of the product, all instant download pdf tutorials are 'non refundable' once downloaded. Sorry, but we can not be guaranteed the pdf was deleted on the buyer's end. If you haven't hit the download button, we are more than willing to refund 100% of the sale, from 6 months out of the sale date. (Etsy allows us to see when and if a file was downloaded.)

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: If you purchased a physical product (i.e. advent calendar, felt starter pack...) we are willing to refund your full order within a week of you receiving it. All we ask, is that the buyer pays for return shipping, insurance and provides us with tracking info. The return is also in context that there has been no damage done to the product. Please know we strive to make every one of our products with utmost quality. However we are not perfect. If there is a blemish please contact us. We want you to be happy with your product. :-)

Also with our PRECUT KITS: If you happen to misplace a piece, stitch up something wrong or we forgot to put a piece with your ornament.... Simply contact us with your invoice and we will promptly ship out that piece complementary. Though we doublecheck everything, our little felt pieces still seem to enjoy a good game of hide and seek!

This I hope is a given where applicable, but any and all precut kits/patterns/products sold from The lullaby loft containing small objects have the potential as a choking hazard to children under 3 years of age. ie. Calendar ornaments, plushies, ziplock bags, etc... Please be advised that adult supervision is advised if a child under 3 has access to small pieces from our shop. I know my 16 month old can get very creative with what he sticks in his mouth. ;-)

Thank you, and happy crafting!
