Note on custom leather sheath purchases with knife

> I sell the leather sheaths separately because it keeps the overall cost of the knife down compared to if I sold it with a sheath. Also, many of my customers prefer to make their own sheaths or buy them separately.

> If you decide to purchase one of my sheaths with the knife, know that they are made all by hand, down to hand stitching on every sheath. Most of my custom leather sheaths are made from top quality leather and buffalo hide and are very thick and robust. They are designed and fitted just for your knife and keep the knife very secure.

Most of my custom leather sheaths are belt sheaths that attach with two snaps that you can easily remove from belt without taking your belt off. This allows you attach it to a backpack or anything else you desire. Your sheath will also be stamped with your initials that match the knife blade. Please consider purchasing a custom leather sheath with your knife and the fit and quality will match the blade.

In addition...All my sheath are high grade cowhide leather which are a very thick and sturdy 9-10 ounces. They are all hand cut and hand sewn by me and finished with a thick layer of waterproofing wax. My sheaths take a couple days to complete as well because of the drying process that needs to take place for the dye and wax.

Must be 18 to purchase and all local and state carry laws apply

Average review
I really didn't need "another" knife"... have a few for every task. But... I needed this one, and it came earlier than later. The minute it was in my hands I could not put it down, I literally carried it around in the house all day. The workmanship and quality of material is excellent+++++, The blade is masculine and true to design and task, perfect pitched edge that is scary sharp, not at all for the faint. The sheath is as impressive, knife fits like a glove and has gun holster stability and feel... with initials on the knife and sheath, hammered in with authority by Joe, and I have been Knighted... this is truly a well made custom knife for me.. Hawaii adventures are tough on our gear, from sea to deep valley peaks, we only take what we need and can depend on, and this Kephart has gone and performed. Mahalo nui loa Joe!!

I have been searching for the right Kephart Knive for about three years now. Found this one by BillaBongBlades. Its GREAT.. When wielded the knive is a good fit to my hand, its feels right and looks great. The sheath is a good heavy leather sized stitched and tanned nicely. I will definitely order from Joe at BillaBongBlades again and certainly recommend him. The transaction was Etsy Easy and the delivery was fast and ahead of schedule.
