I prefer not to do refunds, but if you are truly unhappy with your items I will accept refunds within seven days of your receipt of the item. You pay return shipping and if you desire an exchange with another item from my shop, you will be responsible for that shipping as well. Please select wisely!

I make all attempts to photograph my beads in natural lighting with no color enhancement of the beads so you have an accurate rendering of my product. But be advised, computer monitors do differ in the way they generate color.

I am always open to custom requests for beads and typcially have larger quantities available, please convo me if you are interested!
