I will always try to ship out within 2-4 business days. Typically, I have 25-50 orders at any given time and my shipping time frame can turn into a 5 business days-I do apologize-it is a one woman show. If you would like to send me a convo or put in the notes that you are in a hurry, I will do everything I can to honor that-but I can not guarantee ASAP shipping. I do have a special listing in my shop for upgraded USPS shipping-it will put you ahead of other orders and give you the priority shipping option-otherwise all orders are shipping USPS First Class.
I ship USPS-unless otherwise requested. And please excuse the occasional kitty hair-they are rather pleased with the pretty ribbons too….
Insurance is not included in the shipping price please notify me if you would like that option. I am NOT responsible for lost packages, that being said I will do everything within my power to correct any issues that arise. Tracking numbers are included with every order. I am not responsible for custom fees-if you have questions I will try to find out for you. If a package is returned to me-I will not refund the order, but I will re-send with updated paid shipping fees. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Please allow adequate time when shipping nationally and overseas and please note unless you would require the upcharge cost of faster delivery options-I can not guarantee exact shipping time/dates. Also, I am not responsible for any customs issues or charges.
I will always cut to your order-so in all possible situations you will receive a continious length unfortunately this doesn't always work with all ribbons 100% off the time. If you require a certain continuous length, please include this info with your order.
I do not include an Etsy receipt with orders, if this is something you would like included please request so in the notes.

Additional return information
Ribbon samples are free-so please send me your info and send me a reminder if you don't hear from me ;-)
Because of my cut to order situation, I do not accept returns. Please note-even if a ribbon is sold or purchased on/by the roll doesn't guarantee that is will be continuous -some ribbon or fabrics are not produced in large enough quantities to accommodate that . For instance the dupioni silks and swiss velvets would almost always be continuous, but some of the wider taffeta or 1.25" silk might not be. Please contact me if you have questions. Thanks.

Please contact me for bulk discounts. Sometimes I can give a discount if you are needing to purchase by the roll or spool (some speciality ribbons-velvets, etc; that would be 10 yards and others it is 25-50 yard rolls)
