Since April 2016 all orders will be shipped out with confirmed (signed for) shipping (with tracking number) by Hellenic Post. Tracking number is included on your etsy receipt.

Please NOTE that you will have to sign upon delivery.
If you would prefer an other type of shipment like express shipping pls contact us if you don't see "upgrade shipment" on listing.

Orders are not insured. If you would prefer to have your package insured against loss or damage, please let me know me and request insured shipping and I will send you a PayPal invoice for the difference.

Shipments usually take:
* For Europe 2-7 business days
* For overseas destinations (USA, Australia, etc) estimated delivery time is 12-15 business days but it could be up to 31 business days. Unfortunately, we have no control over any post office or customs.
Please take into consideration that the delivery time can vary from the above during and near the holidays season due to overload, so please try to order in advance.

-Shipments could also take longer than the expected due to unexpected events, like weather, strikes, etc. Studio IDEA could not be held responsible for such situations.
On a rare occasion, your package might get stuck in customs, trust us when we say we are not feeling any better than you are if this happens as it can delay your package for days. Please understand that we have absolutely no control over the customs in your country.


If the package comes back unclaimed/unopened because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or unsuccessful attempts for delivery; the customer can pay for reshipping.
Unclaimed items that is returned by the post office will not be refunded and buyer will need to bear the shipping fee to resend.

Shipping will be completed within 1-3 working days after the payment is final unless otherwise specified.
For large quantities I may need more days, please contact me before you place your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For orders paid with Paypal you can cancel your order within 1 hour but you will get a refund of the amount you paid minus 7%, since paypal still charge the seller with some transaction fees after a refund.

In any case, the "item" needs to be returned in the same condition in which you received it in order to get your refund.

If an item is damaged or doesn't meet your particular requests by my mistake, please e-mail me within 2 working days after receiving it and I will exchange it or issue a refund to your original form of payment as soon as the item is returned to me.
